Solutions to common problems. If your problem is not listed here, contact support.
Cannot upload images
- Check file size: maximum 10 MB.
- Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC.
- Try another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
- Check your Internet connection.
- If the problem persists, clear your browser cache.
AI scan is not working
- Make sure you have allowed camera access in your browser.
- Verify your plan has remaining scans (Subscription > Usage).
- Take the photo in a well-lit area.
- Try uploading an image instead of using the camera.
- If AI does not recognize the item, add it manually.
I'm not receiving notifications
- Check your preferences in Profile > Notifications.
- Allow push notifications in your browser settings.
- For emails, check your spam/junk folder.
- Add noreply@lapioche.ch to your contact list.
Payment or billing issue
- Go to Subscription & billing to check your card.
- Stripe manages payments securely.
- If your card is declined, try another or contact your bank.
- You can manage your subscription via the Stripe portal.
My circle is not working correctly
- Check the circle's join policy (open, approval, closed).
- If you're the creator, go to circle settings to adjust visibility.
- Email invitations arrive in the recipient's inbox — check spam.
- Members must have a LaPioche account to join.
Delete my account and data
- First export your data: Inventory > Export (CSV, JSON).
- Email support@lapioche.ch with your deletion request.
- Per GDPR, we delete all your personal data within 30 days.
- This action is irreversible.
